Systems Analyst (Aderant Systems) - 3 Month Contract (Part time) - Fully Remote

Chapman Tate Associates is currently seeking a skilled Contract Systems Analyst to join our client, a distinguished Law Firm. This position will primarily focus on Aderant systems. If you are an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in Aderant systems and are passionate about providing exceptional technical support within a legal environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Aderant systems environment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aderant systems and related applications.
  • Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Aderant systems and legal technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Expertise in Aderant systems is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
  • Knowledge of legal industry processes and workflows is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools is also a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Aderant Expert, Aderant Administrator) are desirable.


This position is ideal for a contract professional who has other engagements but can offer at least 2 days per week commitment to support our client with their Aderant systems.
