Overview

We are looking to hire a System Customer Support Specialist within the Digital Health and Value Based Programs team focusing on supporting our Advanced Wound Management business unit. We are looking for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop their skills in a role that requires good customer service acumen whilst also supporting the management of an online ordering system (formeo)

Essential Functions

The role is offered as an internship or as a fixed term contract. Ideal candidates would have a healthy balance of customer service, be proficient with handling/working with Microsoft Excel and be technically minded with a good eye for detail.

  • To provide analytical support for all Smith and Nephew formeo customers. Including production of customer facing reporting, generation of ad-hoc reports and generations of detailed analysis.
  • Management of the formeo system including managing implementation of new accounts, managing account admin (add new users, formulary changes, chase orders, create new products, update pricing, create new accounts).
  • Analytical support for large and/or complex data sets to demonstrate operational impact of utilising Smith + Nephew portfolio products.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a good level of technical capability with using IT systems and Microsoft Excel and analysis.
  • Candidates should have excellent customer service skills
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate technical or challenging situations to customers/internal stakeholders and manage expectations
