Swim Manager - Leading Leisure Operator in West London 

Are you a Aquatics Manager, Swim Manager, Swim Co-Ordinator or Experienced Swim Instructor looking for your next step or fresh new challenge?

This is an incredible opportunity to work at a fantastic leisure facility in the West London area. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and development of the Swim School across your site. You will maximise commercial return, drive all west side programming and bookings, establish efficient administration procedures to meet the business objectives and deliver high quality services and standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive and achieve centre financial targets and KPIs, including customer service targets, occupancy targets, revenue targets, payroll costs and participation levels
  • Drive all wet side programming, maximizing Swim School and Learn2 occupancy
  • Oversee wet side booking processes
  • Establish efficient administration procedures and maximise commercial return
  • Review marketing collateral regularly to ensure it is effective and up-to-date
  • Deliver high quality services and standards within the Centre.
  • Line management responsibilities for recruitment, induction, delivering training, appraisal, development, and performance management of staff, including one-to-ones
For this role it is vital you have experience working within wet side operations within leisure and supervisory experience. This is a full time 40-hour contract, with immediate start available.
Essential qualifications:  
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • First Aid at Work Certificate
  • or willing to obtain
