Maintenance Surveyor required

Contract Type:                    Temporary Ongoing

Location:                  London

Rate of Pay:              Dependent on experience

Venn Group are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work for a Housing Association in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying risks and mitigation plans for fire and H&S compliance and energy and utility efficiency
• Liaising with and overseeing the work of contractors and consultants
• Compiling and managing reports and records
• Liaising with a variety of estates staff
• Analysing tendered contract offers
• Carrying out property surveys
• Assisting with verification and accuracy of bills and invoices received from contractors
• Managing minor works from conception to completion

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in Surveying
• HNC/HND in building or surveying (desirable)
