Surgical Ward Nurse / National Private Hospital Group

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Ward Nurse to join a private hospital near Three Bridges & Gatwick.

Hours: Over 7 days per week, days nights & weekends (7:00am - 19.30pm and 19:00pm - 7:30 am)

Surgical Nurse Duties:

• You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
• Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
• Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Who are we looking for?

• Registered Nurse / NMC PIN (No Restrictions on practice)
• Be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
• Experience of working in Surgical or Orthopedic
• Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
