We are looking for an experienced Surface Grinder who can work a rotating early and late shift within a busy engineering company in the Rugby area.

This is a skilled role so does require someone who has several year's experience doing surface grinding to very tight tolerances.

You will be setting and operating an NC Surface Grinding machinery, working with precision instruments (mics, verniers etc), following engineering drawings and working with scrap and production targets.

It's all ceramic material destined for the automotive, aerospace or defence sector.

The factory is clean, warm, dry, and very modern and this company has a huge amount of work meaning the can offer permanent contracts from day one.

To be considered - you MUST have.

• Solid experience operating NC Surface Grinding Machinery (Dugards, Favretto and Kent controlled machinery).
• Ability to work with engineering drawings.
• Great eye for detail.
• The ability to work the shift pattern (rotating early and late).
• Someone who is local to the Rugby area.
