Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with various healthcare needs. Your compassionate care and support will contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals under our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized support to patients/residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.

Assist healthcare professionals with medical treatments, procedures, and medication administration as directed.

Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, ensuring timely communication with the healthcare team.

Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for all individuals.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and follow established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare support role is preferred. We welcome candidates with a compassionate attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid certification or willingness to obtain relevant training (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
