Children's Support Worker

Salary: £26,000 per annum. Bonus's given for sleep ins, progression available and 2 x sleep in's are required per week. 

We're on the lookout for some incredibly dedicated and passionate individuals to join our client's team as Children's Support Workers. This isn't just a job, it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children every single day.
  • You'll be providing direct care to children within residential homes.
  • Building strong and meaningful relationships with the children in your care. Promoting positive residential experiences.
We're looking for someone who loves Children and is passionate about providing them with the best possible care.

You would need:

• To have worked as a Support worker with children or young adults before.  
• The ability to build strong relationships and rapport with children.
• The knack for promoting positive residential experiences. 
• A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to meet the challenges of the job. the job, here's what else you'll enjoy: 

NVQ3 in children and young people will be imperative - if you haven't got it, you must be prepared to work towards it. 

As a support worker you will receive
A competitive salary ranging from £26,000.
