Vibrance / HAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker at our Granville Rd project N22 and other local services. 

You will join us on a Part-Time permanent basis, working on a relief, rota. 

Opportunities to transfer to a fulltime position will be available to the right candidates.  

HAIL, part of Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. 

About the Support Worker role:

You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.

You Must be willing to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays including sleep over shifts.

  • Support customers with personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Support to attend health & medical appointments
  • Support to maintain home environment: Cleaning/laundry
  • Support with preparation of meals and cooking
  • Support with independent living skills
  • Support to access the community for activities and shopping
  • Carry out key working duties which includes updating support plans, risk assessments and support guidelines.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including, mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep ins.
