Support Worker

Reed Glasgow is currently recruiting for a Support Worker to come and join one of our well-established clients based in Lanark.

This service is female only due to the client’s needs. The rate of pay for this role is £12.50 per hour. This is for a minimum of 36 hours per week with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks.

What the roles involves:

• Supporting clients with personal care
• Supporting with medication
• Meal preparation
• Supporting with housework and daily activities
• Supporting with social outings
• Supporting with care plans

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 months UK care experience
• Drivers License (Desirable)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A passion for caring for vulnerable people
• Commitment and reliability
• Experience of working with epilepsy (Desirable)
