Support worker

At Halcyon Health & Social Care, we are looking for reliable and compassionate support workers to work with multiple services across Northampton that help adults and children in the following settings: 

·      Mental Health  

·      Complex Needs 

·      Learning Disabilities 

·      Substance Misuse  

·      Homelessness

We are looking for support workers who have a minimum of 3 months’ experience in supported care work, satisfactory evidence of right to work in the UK and a good sense of professionalism and reliability.
