Pay rate: £14.50 - 15.00 (weekly pay)
Shift Pattern: Shifts available: 12 hours Days/Nights (Mon to Sun)
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.
Location: Slough
Requirements: Care experience essential, understanding and communicating inHindi, Mirpuri, Punjabi or Urdu is preferred.
Female support workers only, due to the personal care involved.

We have a promising new opportunity available for the right individual to work with a female we support in the Slough area. She faces challenges such as a C4/T3 injury, potential osteoporosis, mild LD, and congenital blindness.

In this role, you will seamlessly integrate into her daily routine, providing companionship, assisting with personal care, and adeptly managing her complex care and medication needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Understanding and communicating in Hindi, Mirpuri, Punjabi or Urdu preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
