Support Worker.
Stroud Care Services has been providing person centred support to their residents since 1998. With 23 years of experience in supporting individuals to maintain independence, in their Residential and Supported Living homes, in Stroud and Stonehouse locations.
We pride ourselves in our approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are involved in their daily choices, to make certain they live a meaningful life, with opportunities, experiences, and independence.
We focus on individuals with Mental Health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability with any associated care needs. Along with associated conditions.
We are looking for proactive, friendly Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our team to continue to offer an independent care approach to our residents.
The role will be varied and interesting, the ideal candidates will be required to have the skills and knowledge and preferably experience of working within a similar setting, but this is not necessary as full training will be given.
We offer good rates of pay, various shift patterns available, working every other weekend on a rolling 2 weekly shift pattern. Full and Part time roles available.
A person-centred approach, respecting the individual(s) is paramount.
Roles available in both Stroud and Stonehouse houses.
