We are looking for talented support workers to join our incredible team at Halcyon HSC.

We work with local supported living services that help adults and children with mental health issues, autism, substance misuse, homelessness and learning disabilities to live active and fulfilled lives.

Working in a person-centred way, you will be making a difference each day, enabling vulnerable individuals to live a life of their own choosing whilst promoting dignity and independence.

What we are looking for in our support workers:

· A minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker or Health Care Assistant

· Driving licence and a car - due to the location

· Reliability and Professionalism

· A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.
