  • Salary: Base salary of £26,844 - £33,012
  • Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 4 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year) £1,400 Attendance Allowance - assuming good attendance £2,000 Regional Allowance £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)
  • Holiday: Our client recognises hard work , so you'll be rewarded with 7 weeks' holiday

The role

As a Support Worker/Senior Support Worker you will play a vital role in the establishment, maintenance and development of the environment and climate of the Home, thus providing young people with a calm and relaxed group living experience conducive to emotional security and personal happiness and growth.

The ideal candidate

  • Will have experience within the child care sector although the company are interested to see people from other areas of the care industry
  • Ideally be qualified in Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce - but this isn't a necessity and they can support candidates through the qualification
  • Hold a clean UK driving licence and ability to drive with young passengers
