We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Officer.

As the Support Officer, you will be taking inbound calls concerning Anti-Social Behaviour and "manage" the situation until it can be resolved, through a specific process. The service request will be managed by the reporting system and potentially visiting sites to assess the damage or outcome.

These issues could be fly tipping, dumping cars, noise, gardens being filled up with old vehicles or rubbish etc, and are reported by Tenants and non-tenants alike.

Duties:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, and managing inbound reports.

- Input information and accurate records

- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to all customers.

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Key experience required for the Support Officer role:

-Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, and our client's internal systems

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

-Excellent clerical skills including data entry and typing speed

-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

At times there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to visit sites.

This role is office based Monday - Friday - 8:45 - 17:00
