Are you a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives? Look no further! The Support and Protect Team is currently seeking a passionate social worker to join our dynamic team in providing essential support and protection to individuals and families in need.

As a Social Worker with the Support and Protect Team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals and families.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide advocacy and intervention to ensure access to essential services and resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including health care professionals, law enforcement, and community organisations.
• Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work.
• Relevant experience in social work, with a focus on child protection, family support, or community care.
• Registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
