Supply Teaching Assistant

• Daily Rate: between £85 - £95 per day

• Job Type: Day-to-day supply

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supply team, providing support across a variety of primary schools and year groups in the Doncaster area. This role is ideal for a flexible and adaptable individual with a passion for education and a desire to contribute positively to different school environments.

• Provide support to a diverse range of classrooms across different schools, adapting to the unique requirements of each setting.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of activities, under the direction of the class teacher.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning, monitor progress, and support their educational and social development.
• Offer general assistance to the class teacher, including administrative tasks and classroom management.
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students.

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and year groups.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting teachers and students.
