We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality teaching support to various schools in the Maidstone and Medway areas. This role is ideal for those who are looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact across multiple educational settings.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and classroom environments.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Providing feedback on student performance to permanent staff.
• Ensuring continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and following school policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching at primary, secondary, or tertiary levels (as appropriate).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for education and the development of students.
