Academics specialise in providing daily supply, short & long term recruitment solutions to primary and secondary schools across the UK. Due to a heightened demand, we are looking to increase the level of Secondary school supply teachers in and around Bushey, Hertfordshire for September 2023.

Academics have excellent working relationships with fantastic schools across Hertfordshire.

Supply teaching is an ideal role for Secondary teachers looking to gain experience in numerous school settings as well as newly qualified teachers looking to gain more experience in teaching. Supply teaching offers a 'Try-before-you-buy' approach to meeting new schools.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Patience, flexibility and friendly.
  • Creativity and organisation skills.
