Supply Teacher
• Location: Norwich and surrounding area's
• Job Type: Full time / Part time

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Supply Teacher to provide exceptional education to students across primary and secondary schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will be pivotal in delivering engaging and effective lessons on a short-term or occasional basis, adapting to various educational settings with ease.

Day to day of the role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across a diverse range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history.

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students.

• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

• Manage classroom behaviour and offer assistance to students with special educational needs.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and fellow teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Quickly adapt to new teaching environments and subject areas with professionalism and competence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant discipline.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in a Supply Teacher role or similar teaching positions.

• Capability to engage with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact within the school community.

• Independent and proactive work ethic, along with the ability to work cohesively in a team setting.

• A deep passion for teaching and a dedicated commitment to fostering student success.
