Job Description: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities across a variety of subjects and year groups.
  • Managing classroom behavior and promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing support and guidance to students, ensuring their progress and development.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to maintain continuity in the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children and young people in an educational setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly establish rapport with students and staff.
