Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction across a range of subjects and grade levels as needed.
• Follow lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers and adapt them as necessary to meet the needs of students.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote a culture of respect and cooperation.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of instruction and support for students.
• Provide feedback on student progress and communicate with regular classroom teachers as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or substitute teacher is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and grade levels.
