Supply Planner

Pod Talent are super excited to be partnering up with a thriving London-based vegan beauty & cosmetics brand who are looking for a Supply Planner to join their amazing Supply Chain team (3 days in the office). Found only 5 years ago, this company already have 80 retail stores open and are experiencing double-digit growth year on year.

In this role, you will be at the centre of inventory and availability planning and will be instrumental in ensuring you meet their customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will…

• Provide a 12 month supply plan to global supply planning of the region's forward requirements, whilst optimising safety stock and inventory targets
• Communicate to the business any risk of out of stock and ensure all relevant parties have timely and accurate context, availability information and action plans
• Plan for approx. 300-500 SKUs and you will be part of NPD projects
• Lead the S&OP meetings to discuss performance and future plans and review any risks and opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in the role, you will need…

• 3+ years' experience in supply planning with a background in FMCG
• Excellent Excel skills and ideally experience in planning systems
• Able to work under pressure with strong communication skills
• Manage relationships with the regional and global teams
