Butler Rose are delighted to be working with a Truro based manufacturer who have a current requirement for a Supply Chain Planner for a 15 month maternity cover.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for forecasting, liaising with customers, and coordinating with the Customer Services and Manufacturing team to link production plans with the order book. They will also be responsible for improving processes and systems to improve information flow, setting, and managing stock levels, and ordering materials.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Generate forecasts and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Liaise with the Customer Services team to link production plans with the order book
  • Plan for demand and capacity, ensuring that we have enough resources to meet customer needs
  • Improve processes and systems to improve information flow
  • Set and manage stock levels
  • Order materials

The chosen candidate should have experience in demand and capacity planning, forecasting, liaising with customers, coordinating with the Customer Services team, improving processes and systems, setting and managing stock levels, and ordering materials.

  • Salary flexible and dependant on experience level
