Our client, a flourishing British consumer brand renowned for crafting design-led products for leading retailers worldwide, seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team! This UK success story has undergone significant growth in recent years. Committed to sustainability and ethical practices, they boast a rapidly expanding, loyal customer base across B2B and B2C sectors.

We're seeking a proactive and deadline-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the smooth coordination of shipments with global suppliers and customers. Responsibilities include managing FOB & Ex works shipments, maintaining delivery information and performance reporting, and close collaboration with sales, buying, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure swift and accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities for this Supply Chain Coordinator role:

  • Coordinate FOB & Ex works shipments with suppliers and customers' logistics teams.
  • Process and manage stock for FOB & Ex works shipments.
  • Create and review necessary shipping paperwork required by customers.
  • Ensure accurate billing of shipping and storage charges, processing invoices accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date delivery information on internal systems.
  • Create carton mark templates and ensure factory compliance with customer shipping requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers and accounts department to address debit notes and contest.
  • Provide analysis of debit notes.
  • Track 3PL shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide reports on delivery performance, actions, and mitigation measures.
  • Consolidate and communicate order requirements to the buying team.
  • Assist with order processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, pride in work quality.
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexible, proactive problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
