We are working with a manufacturing company based in Peterborough who are looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.

The role is initially a 6 month contract to cover a busy period of time, however has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Typical duties would include:

  • Communicating with 3rd party companies to ensure orders are placed accurately.
  • Create SAP dispatch documentation for the warehouse
  • Supporting the supply chain team with order processing requirements
  • Managing export documentation processes
  • Ad hoc administrative requirements within the Supply Chain team.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience working within a similar supply chain role.
  • All round knowledge of the supply chain and manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, previous experience using SAP would be beneficial.

It would be beneficial but isn’t essential if the successful candidate had a background within the food manufacturing industry.
