Change Management Analyst - Supply Chain

Outside IR35 Contract

Hybrid Working - primarily remote working with travel to offices as required in the South East (including Woking and London) and across Europe

About the position

You will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver its financial goals through the strategy of 'Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

As an experienced Change Management Analyst, you will join the Phoenix Supply Chain Change team, focusing on the areas of planning and procurement. You will drive engagement and change activities across our offices and factories.

You will proactively seek out effective ways to deliver and embed business change, leading on change impact analysis and organising system demonstrations, coordinating change communities, creating personas and user journeys with a core emphasis on engaging people and bringing them on the journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Change Management Lead to execute against the Change Management Plan
  • Work in partnership with the Communications Manager to create content for stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with the Global Process Owner (GPO) community to ensure business readiness and change adoption
  • Coordinate and deliver Change Impact Assessments for multiple stakeholders across various locations
  • Document and analyse Change Impact Assessments for various audiences to ensure they understand the impact of change
  • Prepare, plan, schedule and help to facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with user communities and stakeholders (face to face and virtual)
  • Support business readiness activities, using targeted data to help define readiness and prepare stakeholders for change
  • Input into the creation and execution of feedback mechanisms (e.g. pulse checks) and collate feedback for key stage gates during the change journey

About You

  • You understand the principles, tools, techniques, concepts and practices of change management methodologies
  • You have proven experience in business transformation, business analysis and/or change roles in Supply Chain, Factories, Planning and/or Procurement
  • You ideally have functional experience in Supply Chain Planning or Procurement and ERP implementations (S/4HANA would be preferable)
  • You understand how to deliver in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams on complex programmes
  • You have strong analytical skills, are highly organised and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • You effectively engage stakeholders across different levels and can quickly build positive relationships and trust
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation and can work on your own initiative
