Supply and Logistics Planner - Luxury Haircare

Our client, one fastest growing haircare brands in the UK, are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and meticulous Supply and Logistics Planner. The role will involve close collaboration with various teams such as procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and transportation to optimise the logistics framework. Leveraging data-driven insights and strategic foresight, you’ll play a pivotal role in contributing to the brand’s operational objectives and upholding their reputation for delivering high-quality products and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:

• Work collaboratively with various teams to predict demand, monitor inventory levels, and guarantee sufficient stock availability.
• Oversee product orders from our manufacturing partners, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and optimal value attainment.
• Coordinate orders from international wholesalers, ensuring punctual delivery and maximum order precision.
• Utilize data analysis tools and software to uncover trends, patterns and logistics process bottlenecks, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
• Establish and uphold key performance indicators (KIPs) to assess logistics operations effectiveness and product quality, delivering regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in warehouse management by sharing comprehensive KPIs, fostering continuous improvement efforts to achieve successful product, retail and market launches.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset

This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the central London office and 2 days at home.
