Are you seeking a position as a Quality Engineer where you can make key critical decisions for an OEM automotive and defence specialist?

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone from an automotive, manufacturing or similar background to utilise quality tools for approval and continuous improvements on both supplier and internal products. The role has come about due to sheer demand.

The company are a leading design and manufacturer within the motorsports and defence sector offering solutions to recognised industry experts across the world. They aim to ensure products they manufacture offer protection and safety to the elements around them.

The role involves working with suppliers and dealing with products using a lean methodology to improve quality, cost and performance. You will support new and existing products through quality control/inspection and process improvement. The role involves using tools such as APQP, 8D, FMEA and PPAP. You will deal with customers closely so good attention to detail and communication is required.

* Interpret 3D drawings and CAD models
