We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients Quality Assurance team as a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Oxfordshire.

As Supplier Quality Engineer Key Responsibilities include:


* Ensure Supplier compliance with specifications and agreements.
* Drive Supplier Quality management in line with ISO standards.
* Resolve issues through analysis and corrective actions.
* Implement improvement plans for Supplier Quality.
* Collaborate with Procurement on Supplier selection and development.
* Participate in routine Supplier qualification and CAPA activities.
* Review Supplier risks and develop improvement strategies.
* Contribute to cross-functional quality initiatives.

Requirements:


* Degree in Science or Engineering.
* Experience in regulated Quality Management.
* Proficiency in quality tools and techniques.
* Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
* Qualified lead auditor.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
* Experience with ERP systems and databases.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
