DEPARTMENT MANAGER | FASHION | TRALEE | €14.80 per Hour |
Part Time - 20 hour contract - Evenings and weekends.

Zachary Daniels has an exciting opportunity for a Department Manager / Supervisor to join an established and hugely successful retail fashion store. We are looking to recruit a Supervisor / Department Manager who will play a vital role in the store to help achieve the sales targets and give all customers a memorable experience.

As a Department Manager / Supervisor we want you to be ambitious to continue your career with a retailer who is known for the development of their staff. We are eager to hear from existing Supervisors, Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers or Keyholder who want to be part of a successful retail business who are growing.

We want a Department Manager / Supervisor who will be able to learn all aspects of the clients products and be able to use this knowledge to sell successfully to customers as well as using this to train and coach colleagues. Using this knowledge you will engage with customers on a 1-2-1 basis and really engage with them, listen to what they want and match this to an excellent product range.

The Department Manager must have the passion to succeed in retail and the enthusiasm to deliver great service at all times; you will use this to inspire the team!
