Supervisor

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at a respected pub in St Ives , Cambridgeshire. You'll assist the General Manager in daily operations, provide excellent customer service, train and motivate staff, maintain a safe environment, handle cash transactions, and collaborate with the management team to enhance revenue generation.
 
Requirements: previous hospitality industry experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, flexible, and knowledgeable of food and beverage operations and relevant health and safety regulations.
