NonStop Social Care is looking for an experienced fostering social worker to join a Therapeutic Fostering Agency in Enfield.

The fostering service has Oustanding Ofsted which combines a creative, reflective therapeutic approach supporting foster families in North and East London. The agency is among the first fostering providers that recognized the power of therapy and introduced this into practice.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be responsible for a low caseload of foster families in the following areas: Enfield, Ilford, Redbridge, Tottenham, Barnett and one carer in Pitsea, Essex.

The Supervising social worker role does not involve to take part in the out of hours rota, no need to complete form F assessments or annual reviews. Great work-life balance.

- you have knowledge and working experience as a fostering social worker/supervising social worker/independent fostering social worker
