Salary: £38,000-£40,000

NonStop's client, based in the Berkshire area, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their therapeutic, independent fostering agency as a Supervising Social Worker.

As a therapeutic IFA, they are dedicated to making sure each child's needs are taken into consideration. This means you will be working with an agency that values the children's needs at the core of what they do, leaving you with greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a real difference in the live of foster children.

They are offering a chance to be fully home based. This will give you an opportunity to have an incredibly flexible schedule , while, at the same time, still creating a good team atmosphere as they will get together throughout the month when needed. With this schedule, you will be able to have a great work life balance!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
  • Provide support and advise for foster carers
  • Manage a case of around 11 foster carers in and around Berkshire

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
  • Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
