I'm currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to work on a rail scheme in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  2. Structural Expertise: Oversee all aspects related to railway structures, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and other critical infrastructure elements.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  5. Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, implementing measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment for all.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in railway infrastructure projects, with a focus on structures.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
