Studio Artworker
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Studio Art Worker to join a friendly Creative Team for a well-established family run business!
This busy role is integral to the efficient running of the design department, is organised and accurate ensuring all art work leaves the studio print ready.
As a Studio Art Worker you will be responsible for receiving and formatting artwork efficiently and must be capable of managing multiple releases at one time.
Responsibilities include:
- Update artwork that meets the team briefs and company standards
- Ensure digital files are print ready
- Organise finished files ready for job bagging/plate manufacturing
- Keep abreast of industry changes
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Strong time management, organizational and timekeeping skills, and the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous print graphic and artwork design projects
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexible and can think outside of the box
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively as part of a wider team
Ideally you will be educated in Graphic Design at Degree Level and have a working knowledge of:
- Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign
Previous art editing work experience of at least 1 year is required along with an understanding print processes.
