Are you passionate about helping students and wanting to make a positive impact on their educational journeys?

LTF Recruitment are very pleased to be offering an outstanding opportunity to work as a student support mentor within one of our partner schools in Leicester. You will be joining a school dedicated to giving their support for all pupils. Please note that there is no experience needed.

Your duties will include:

• Working with school staff to maintain good behaviour in class and during 1:1 sessions, and to monitor progress.
• Quickly building strong working relationships with students, and act as a positive role model.
• Plan and deliver interventions for students accessing additional SEND support.
• Set individual targets and monitor them closely to help design appropriate learning material.

The right candidate will:

• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help students succeed.
• Must be able to drive to work.
• The ability to work well in a team with other staff members.
