Location: Leeds or Sheffield (60% home-based)
Salary: £25,000 + bonus

Overview:

Working for a leading training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction & ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.

A typical week:

  • Support enrolment of students
  • Complete progress reviews with students
  • Respond to student requests & queries
  • Handle related administration & compliance

You will need the following for this role:

  • 2 years experience engaging students/learners
  • Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
  • A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
  • Car driver (desirable)
