Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to contribute to our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding and fabrication techniques, possess a strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding and fabrication tasks based on project requirements.
2. Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
3. Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
4. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a steel fabrication environment.
2. Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
6. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
7. Welding certifications and relevant training preferred.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various positions and environments.
