We're seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to spearhead our efforts in ensuring efficient and compliant fibre highway works.Our mission is to deliver unparalleled internet speeds and an unparalleled online experience with our ambition to become the leading builder of Alt-net Fibre Broadband networks in the UK.Join FullFibre's Streetworks Team - Where fibre deployment meets expert coordination.What will you do as a Streeworks Coordinator?As our Streetworks Coordinator, you'll oversee the end-to-end permitting process for fibre highway works, ensuring compliance with NRSWA and TMA regulations. Collaborating closely with local authorities, operations teams, and third parties, you'll facilitate smooth project delivery while maintaining regulatory adherence.Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate permitting for fibre highway works, including Opening Permits, Stop Permits, and Reinstatement details.
  • Coordinate Section 50, TTRO, and traffic management applications.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to arrange suspensions, closures, and traffic management measures.
  • Monitor streetworks compliance and address issues promptly.
  • Utilize Street Manager for defect coordination and permit management.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely information upload.
  • Identify streetworks issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
We are looking for someone who...
  • Understanding of traffic management concepts and permitting processes
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Understanding of NRSWA/TMA regulations and using Street Manager or similar tools is desirable
  • Time Management: Coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines, such as permit applications and project timelines, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders including local authorities, operations teams, and third parties to coordinate permit applications and resolve issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Managing permits, compliance documents, and project records requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Resilience: Streetworks projects can be challenging and may encounter obstacles. Resilience and the ability to stay focused and motivated during setbacks are important for overcoming challenges and achieving project goals.
