As a Street Care Operative, you will be part of our dynamic construction team, working on important tasks that improve our local infrastructure.

�???? What will you be doing?:

Carrying out general construction duties as part of our dedicated team.
Working collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
Following policies and procedures to ensure high-quality work.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

??? What is essential to succeed in this role?:

Previous experience in support work within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of policies and procedures.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively.
Attendance at a recognised construction health and safety course within the last five years.
Ownership of personal protective equipment, such as safety boots and suitable clothing.

Possession of additional bespoke training courses provided by individual councils.
?? Preference given to candidates who have attended these courses when appropriate.
