Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner
Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to join well established company as a Strategy, Reward & Policy Business Partner. in this role you'll be our go-to expert on HR policy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and enhancing workplace environment. You'll also support strategic initiatives and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold company's values.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 40-50k per annum (pro rata)
Hours: part-time, 18 hours per week
The role:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organisational growth.
- Foster effective trade union relationships and facilitate policy changes as needed
- Utilise data insights to develop evidence-based initiatives supporting our reward strategy
- Support the development and delivery of pay, reward, and recognition strategies aligned with our objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to achieve team objectives and support the business plan.
- Work with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to align HR policies with our inclusion strategy.
Required experience:
- Understanding of pay, reward, and benefits in creating an inclusive employment experience.
- Experience in research and developing employment policies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to analyse data trends accurately.
