Strategy Director

Strategy Director - Creative Marketing Agency, Central London (Hybrid) - Up to £100K dependent on experience

We’re looking for a Strategy Director to join and ambitious agency. This is a great opportunity to lead the strategy for some key accounts, to spot opportunities to grow and develop them, and to get involved with new business pitches.

This Strategy Director will have a broad knowledge and experience of the full marketing and comms mix. You’ll likely have a specialism in CRM, digital, or brand and comms planning.

This This Strategy Director will be comfortable working proactively and collaboratively with clients, creative teams and client services. You’ll embrace the full strategy cycle and are proficient in developing strategies and frameworks for growth and progress. You’ll be someone who loves the craft of planning - getting to grips with consumers, culture and contextual influences on business - but equally entrepreneurial and comfortable identifying a better way to get to solutions quickly when required.?

You’ll have a proven ability to build and nurture senior client relationships and a track record of driving change and growth on clients and accounts.

This Strategy Director will have:

+ Minimum of seven years’ experience in a strategy role with an agency background

+ Experience of managing Strategists

+ Creative, strategic and curious thinker

+ Clear communicator and active listener

+ Ability to build compelling narrative for presentations

+ Effective presentation and facilitation skills

+ Passionate about the industry and effective creative work

+ Good creative judgement

+ Experience of building and nurturing client relationships

+ Positivity and willingness to get involved

+ Proactive and a team player

+ A good sense of commercial responsibility
