This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strategy Consultant to join a very well established clients team based in Fleet. The successful candidate will need 7- 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with some of that time working in a strategic role or within a strategy consulting firm.
As a strategic consultant our client will require you to analyse their customers current business operations and leverage knowledge of market trends and best practices within Financial Services industry.
This role will sit within our clients solution engineering team and you will work closely with several technical teams across the business. As well as offering very competitive salaries, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme. This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work from the Fleet office 1-2 days per week.

Skills and experience:

• 7- 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with some of that time working in a strategic role and/or with a strategy consulting firm.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems, processes, and technology
• A strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory standards in the financial services sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification would be highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Analyse our customers financials, KPIs and operational information to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to our customers on financial technology trends, risks, and opportunities
• Highlight clear solution benefits mapped against tangible ROI models
• Assist our customers in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational changes by proposing change management initiatives
