Strategic Corporate Finance Executive

At Ambition, we are working closely with a well-established firm of chartered accountants and business advisors who are looking to grow their team by bringing in a Strategic Corporate Finance Executive.

The team has significant cross-sector knowledge and provides advisory services including; financial modelling and due diligence and growth through M&A,. This role will see you supporting on deals typically spanning between £1m - £30m, with a mix of corporate, private equity and capital market transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior members of the team on a wide range of small to mid-market deals
• Analysing financial statements
• Assisting with project management of M&A processes.

Experience:

• ACA / ACCA finalist / qualified or CFA part-qualified / qualified (minimum criteria).
• Client facing experience in a practice environment (minimum criteria).
• Exposure to mid-market / SME clients is essential.
