Location: Whole UK

Salary: Competitive Plus Uncapped Commission

Join a leading genomic services provider that is at the forefront of scientific innovation. As a Strategic Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence within key biotech and pharma accounts across the UK. You will be an experienced life science salesperson who enjoys forging relationships with new and existing customers, identifying high value partnerships, and developing the business plan to promote the organisations’ genomic and proteomic services portfolio.

This would suit an ambitious, driven individual who is looking to drive sales and represent leading, cutting-edge NGS & proteomics services.

Qualifications:

• BSc, MSc or PhD in a Life Science field (Molecular Biology/Genomics preferred)

• Proven experience in life sales, account management, or business development

• Strong understanding of molecular biology workflows and technologies, market trends, and customer needs (knowledge of DNA/RNA sequencing technologies highly desirable)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Proven track record of delivering on sales targets and strategic objectives.
