The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Store Person, to work for a well-established global food production business, based at their Preston site. This is an ongoing temporary role and working as part of the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from the engineering stores for engineers by request.
• Book parts out on the Stores SAP computer system.
• Conduct stock checks against database values.
• Book parts back into the system when not required and update SAP as required.
• Collect deliveries from Security and ensure parts are stored correctly.

Candidate Expectation

• Computer literate.
• Understanding of SAP booking parts in/out process but can trained if required.
• General understanding of engineering components.
• Systematic and diligent.
• Be happy to carry out manual handling.
• Good communication skills and attitude.
