Stores Administrator | West Moors | £28,000

Are you a pro-active coordinator, with the ability to priorities workload? As Stores Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring a smooth operation within stores. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Rubicon’s client is a well-established, manufacturer and supplier of electrical elements that are passionate for providing superior customer service, with a strong focus on delivering the highest quality products.

Responsibilities of the Stores Administrator include:

  • Booking in goods using SAP and Excel.
  • Goods-in duties of receiving and unpacking parcels.
  • Identifying and labelling of goods.
  • Packing of goods to distribute to customers
  • Stock control including stock take.

As Stores Administrator, you’ll have:

  • Can do attitude as no day is the same.
  • Exposure working within stores or manufacturing.
  • Proven effective communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and support other areas of the business when necessary
