The Person:

You will have strong experience in Retail Management from a relevant field - fashion, footwear, jewellery or lifestyle, and be confident in managing a team of 7.

Our client is looking for a Store Manager that can demonstrate a strong, driven and customer centric mentality, who has proven examples of living and breathing a personal ethos that supports the company values and inspires others. You will share the company ambitions and take pride in being the face of the brand and supporting their forward thinking, ethical philosophies.

As Store Manager, you will:

  • Nurture, coach and develop your team to be high achievers in their roles
  • Lead all elements of Visual Merchandising, P&L and stock control
  • Identify areas for store financial development while driving sales & KPIs
  • Support your Area Manager with HR/recruitment
  • Lead by example fostering a culture in line with the company values
